Alab is a non-binary[1] character who appears in Anonymous Mode. They can be played when selecting Non-Binary or Random.
Appearance
Alab wears a knitted, turtleneck, buttermilk sweater with the words "I ♥ you" sewed on its front, blue acid-washed jean-capris, and white sneakers. They have a short, wavy dark brunette undercut. They have a warm burlap complexion and the "RAWR!" face.
In their original appearance, they wore black, baggy, cuffed jeans with light rips on the sides, and black-and-red sneakers with blue soles.
Trivia
- Alab was one of the three males added to Flicker on June 22nd, 2020 before they came out as non-binary.
- The name Alab (/'æl.æb/) means "Evening" in Urdu, "Fire" in Filipino/Tagalog, and "The Father" in Arabic.
- Alab and Thiago are canon enemies, as stated in a document.
- On the official JJ Studios Discord server, people have given Alab the nickname "angy" in reference to their face.
- Austin and Dvir have also been nicknamed "angy" for the same reason.
- It has been revealed that Alab is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns.
- Those who identify as non-binary feel as if they do not fit on the binary genders of male or female. Non-binary can be used as an umbrella term for anyone who is not entirely male or entirely female, for people who are not male nor female, or as a term by itself.
- Alab is one of the six non-binary characters to not yet have a sexuality. The others are Elaina, Fayola, Halona, Tamia, and Trey.
