Elizabeth wears a pastel-rainbow-striped long-sleeve crop-top with a white collar. She also wears thigh-length denim jean-shorts that are held up by a black belt, white socks, and black sneakers. She has her brunette hair styled in a half-up half-down space buns style. She has a warm ivory complexion and the "Wink-Blink" face.

In her original appearance, she wore a brightly colored rainbow-striped long-sleeve crop-top.

• The name Elizabeth (/ɪ.ˈlɪz.ə.bəθ/) means "God Is My Oath" and "God Is My Abundance" in Hebrew.
• Elizabeth can be seen on the removed thumbnail for the game as the Medic, along with Lara as the Muffin Man, Jamila as a Survivor, Mary as the Investigator, Alex as the Psychic, Charlie and Jean-Claude as Twins, and Liling with brown hair as the Murderer.
  • The thumbnail only appears in a picture frame on the bookshelf near the bedroom and solitary room in the House map.
• Elizabeth is confirmed to be bisexual, and she shares this trait with John, Minji, Prasiddhi, and Vinny.
