The Medic is a Good Team role in Flicker. The Medic can be played as in Regular Mode, Anonymous Mode, and Classic Mode.
The Medic can heal one player each night. The Medic can heal themself once per game. Healing saves a player from being killed by the Murderer. The Medic cannot heal the target of the Assassin or the Clown.
Tips and Tricks
- Do not reveal your role. You should only reveal your role if someone accuses you, or if the Spy bugs the person you healed and they aren't aware. Roles with a killing ability will likely hunt for the Medic to prevent players from being saved. The Witch can also block your ability.
- If a Good Team member had their role revealed, save them to prevent them from being killed by the Murderer.
- Only use your self-heal if you're certain you'll die; it could easily go to waste if you use it preemptively.
- Some inexperienced Murderers pick the first name they see on the list. If you don't have any idea who to heal, try healing the first person on the list just in case.
Trivia
- The Medic is the Good Team's counterpart of the Witch.
- There cannot be a Medic and a Savior in the same round.
- The Medic and the Savior have cyan text motifs, symbolizing their "Helper" status.
- If you heal a Twin, the other twin will also be healed.
- The Medic is the only role that can visit themself.
- There is a 3.33% base chance of playing as the Medic.
