Minji is a female character who appears in Anonymous Mode. She can be played when selecting Female or Random.

Appearance

Minji wears a white long-sleeved collared crop-top and a pair of light blue ripped jeans held up by a black belt with a wallet chain attached to it. She also has long black wavy hair. She has a warm ivory complexion and the "Wink-Blink" face.

Trivia

• Minji was one of the thirty characters revealed in the April 2nd, 2020 update.
• The name Minji (/min.d͡ʑi/) means "Intelligent" and "Sharp" in Korean.
• Minji and Amani can be seen on an older thumbnail for the game as Twins, along with Jojo as the Investigator, Alex as the Murderer, Indah as the Medic, and Kai as the Psychic.
• When Minji's body is seen torn apart, you can see her clothing designer's name "1_TC" displayed on the bottom of her torso.
• Minji and Seungho are currently the only characters of Korean origin and with Korean name meanings.
• Minji is one of the thirteen characters who has two nationalities, as she is South Korean and Canadian. The others are Aadiv, Alex, Amani, Annie, Charlotte, Elaina, Kim-Ly, Lukey, Melodie, Mikah, Odette, and Reza.
• As of June 13th, 2021, it has been confirmed by JJ Studios executive Unlucky_Seven that Minji is bisexual. She shares this trait with Elizabeth, John, Prasiddhi, and Vinny. Prior to this date, her sexuality was ambiguous.
  • Those who identify as bisexual are those who usually experience both sexual and romantic attraction towards those of the male and female sexes. It may also be defined as feeling romantic or sexual attraction towards more than one gender.
• Minji is currently the only binary LGBTQ+ character that has never been playable through the legacy LGBTQ+ character selection option.
  • This is because she was confirmed as bisexual after the LGBTQ+ character selection had been replaced by the non-binary character selection.
  • If future LGBTQ+ characters were to release, this would make Minji the only binary LGBTQ+ character to be added to the game before the LGBTQ+ selection was implemented who was only to be confirmed as such after the selection was phased out in favor of non-binary.
• Minji is one of the multitude of characters who appear in the lobby. She can be seen on a poster in front of the Grocery Store holding a muffin with crumbs on her face asking "Do you know the Muffin Man?" This text references a line from the nursery rhyme, "The Muffin Man".
