The Survivor is a Good Team role. It is one of the fourteen roles in Regular Mode and Anonymous Mode, and one of the five roles in Classic Mode.

Survivors don't have any special abilities and/or advantages. The survivor's goal is to survive until the end and eliminate the Evil Team.

Tips and Tricks

  • Try not to act suspicious, and always look out for suspicious players.
    • If you're unsure on who to vote for, try to vote for people who you believe others will vote for.
  • Don't stay too quiet, but don't speak too much. Move to avoid suspicion, and stay with the pack.
  • It's best to keep together with people who you’re sure are good. That way, you can pass notes to each other on who to vote next and to discuss suspects.
    • While doing this, you can keep track of other player's roles and claims in your journal. It might help you remember information which can prove useful later on.
  • If someone has accused you, attempt to prove to them that you are innocent. It is their choice to trust you or not.
  • As your role is of not much importance, you could reveal your role. Do not say it in a way that makes you sound suspicious, as many evil roles pretend to be a Survivor.

Trivia

  • There is a 43.33% chance of getting the Survivor role.
  • The Survivor is the most common role in Flicker.
  • In a full Regular Mode and Anonymous Mode round of fifteen players, Survivors account for either six or seven of all players. This number fluctuates in relation to the Twins/Muffin Man. In a full Classic Mode round of fifteen players, Survivors account for eleven of all players.
  • Since the Survivor doesn't have any special abilities, people are known to immediately leave the game after being assigned this role. They can also easily be manipulated on who to believe during accusations.
  • The Survivor is one of the three roles that cannot visit other players.
  • Survivors and Twins both don't have any special abilities. Unlike the Survivor role, Twins know each other's roles, giving them an advantage.
    • Because of this, both the Survivor and Twin roles have white text in their introductions representing their "Good"-class roles (excluding Muffin Man and Clown).
