The Twin is a member of the Good Team in Flicker. It is one of the fourteen roles in the Flicker and Anonymous game modes.

There will be two players assigned with this role. These two players are aware of who their twin is. If one twin is killed or healed by the Medic, or voted out, the other twin receives the same effect. If the Savior — only if one exists in a round — revives a twin, the other would not be revived.

Tips and Tricks

• Do not reveal your role to anybody. Roles with a killing ability will usually hunt for the Twins and get a double kill. Of course, if someone wrongfully accuses you, you will usually be forced to reveal your role.
  • Although Twins are said to be one the riskiest roles, you can communicate with your twin on who to vote for, so you can vote suspicious people out together.
• If your role is revealed, try to ask the Medic — if they are present — for protection from a killer.
• If your Twin tries to spoil your role, make an attempt to lie your way out of the situation by denying their claims. Doing so might cause players to suspect you or your twin, possibly making you lose.

Trivia

• There is only a 6.67% chance of getting the Twin role without boosts from scrolls.
• If your twin leaves the game, a message saying "You are now a Survivor!" will appear at the bottom of your screen.
  • You will also appear as a survivor in the Outro, and the twin who left will appear as a Twin.
  • The Twin and the Survivor roles can be assigned to more than one player.
• If you were assigned as a Twin before the 3.0.0 update, the word "Twin" would be visible under your twin's display name.
• The Savior can only save one twin, meaning the twin in question will be revived as a survivor.
• There cannot be a Twin and a Muffin Man in the same game.
• The Twin is one of four roles that know someone else's role as soon as the game starts.
  • The other three are the Assassin, Target, and Agent.
• The Twin is one of the five roles that cannot visit other players.
  • The other four are the Detective, Survivor, Target, and Agent.
• Twins and Survivors both don't have any special abilities. Unlike the Survivor role, Twins know each other's roles, giving them an advantage.
  • Because of this, both the Twin and Survivor roles have white text for their introductions, representing their "Good"-class roles (excluding Muffin Man and Clown).
• The Twin is widely regarded to be the worst role in the game because they are linked to each other and you have no abilities.
